Overview

Gallaway Construction is seeking a Graduate Site Manager to support the delivery of construction projects on site across multiple sectors. Working alongside experienced Site Managers, you will gain practical experience in site operations, health and safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, quality inspections, and programme management.

key responsibilites

Support day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
Assist with coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
Support health and safety compliance and site inspections.
Assist with quality control checks and documentation.
Monitor progress against project programmes.
Work closely with site teams to support safe and efficient project delivery.

requirements

Final year student or recent graduate in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Keen interest construction site operations and project delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK.
Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
