• Interpret construction drawings and specifications and lead site teams to deliver works to required standards.
• Inspect and verify materials and plant deliveries in line with project requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and operatives to ensure efficient site operations.
• Develop and enforce RAMS, Inspection Test Plans, and site safety protocols.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage site programmes, coordinating procurement and resources.
• Promote sustainable construction practices and environmentally responsible site operations.
• Utilise systems such as Procore to manage site data, programme updates, and document control.
• Complete required HSEQ inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.

• Proven site management experience across multiple construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and site operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance including Building Regulations, CDM, and HSE requirements.
• Commitment to social value and community engagement.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK.
